Founder

Aarna Rajvanshi is a passionate advocate for gender equality and the social upliftment of underprivileged children through sports. As a high school student and a national-level fencing player, she understands the transformative power of sports in shaping lives. Driven by her vision to create equal opportunities for all, she founded Arambh, a non-profit organization dedicated to identifying and nurturing young sporting talent from marginalized communities. Under her leadership, Arambh has collaborated with the New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) to provide professional training, mentorship, and resources to children who lack access to structured sports programs. Aarna’s commitment to breaking social and economic barriers through sports reflects in her hands-on approach—organizing sports events, advocating for inclusivity, and ensuring that young athletes receive the support they need to excel. Her journey as both an athlete and a changemaker continues to inspire and impact lives, proving that sports can be a powerful tool for empowerment and social change.
